The structure is located in Görükle district of Bursa. The facade of the building, which is intended to be used as a hotel, reflects the dynamism with its facade elements where the full-empty relationship is strengthened. With the use of different materials on the facade, a unique design is achieved. The bonding of the closed spaces with the open space is reinforced by the use of permeable surfaces.
