In our apart project located in Görükle, Bursa, our purpose was to create spacious open and closed areas. The use of different materials on the exterior facade has been paid attention in the building which has an original facade design. While glass surfaces was preferred on the groundfloor to be used for commercial purposes, on the upper floors where the living areas are located, a unique appearance was achieved by using the textile covering material and the sense of privacy in the interior was strengthened. Each unit has been resolved to provide a comfortable living space and each unit has a balcony area to provide comfort.
