The "villa-zoned" building island in Bademli is considered as a garden floor and roof duplex in a way that will appeal to the middle and upper income groups. In this way, both the physical and financial difficulties that may occur in villa style life have been overcome and the number of units have been increased and a sustainable site layout has been achieved. A simple and balanced style has been adopted as a building language.
