The building will be located on the main trade axis of Görükle. 3rd side of the island is road and one side of it is adjacent to a facade. The lift shaft, with the use of transparent material, taken to the front façade will create a "landmark" effect on the road. Service and transportation axis are located on blind front, and main spaces are located on the rest spaces. The upper floors, where the evening and night use will be intense, will share the energy on the street with the transparent facades.
