The sbuilding is in a parcel between two adjacent roads with 10% slopes. While the upper floors are planned to serve as a classroom, on the ground floor, there are commercially available units were located. The ground floor is designed to be as transparent as possible, and the upper floors are designed to accommodate the solid-void with the use of materials.
