The residential complex, which is a of the mixed-use building, located in a on the corner parcel in Beşevler district of Bursa. While commercial spaces that relate to the outdoor spaces are located on the ground floor, the retreat of the upper floors for residential spaces breaks the building's mass appearance. The mobility in the facade design gives a unique look to the structure.
