The building is located in Yıldırım district of Bursa. In the building, which is designed as a textile factory, a large atrium was formed and the entrance was emphasized with the applied water element. While the showroom and office spaces are placed close to the entrance, the production section is solved on the lower floor and the circulation is provided from the side which is more calm. Because of the wide spaces in the structure, curtain walls are used for indoor light reception. Besides, skylights were created on the roof and on the ground. In addition, the façade is equipped with solar breakers for indoor light control.
